The UK Market Launch Strategy is a commissioned pre-launch project in which I developed a full-funnel growth system to position the brand as a modern, lifestyle-driven wellness product. The approach focused on building desire through aesthetic storytelling, leveraging UGC and nano–micro influencers for authenticity, and driving conversions through a streamlined funnel including sampling, email nurturing, and retargeting. The strategy also introduced community-led launch activations and a content system designed to embed the product seamlessly into everyday routines rather than a clinical supplement narrative.
